Amberwood Village Golf Course and Area
Both Birches on the 2nd Tee and Poole Creek Late Fall are painted this fall in the Amberwood Village Recreation Area (AVRA).
The top painting was painted on the 2nd tee of the golf course (closed for the winter) looking towards the small lake, close by.
Poole Creek Late Fall was painted from a sketch painted on the pathway, just across Springbrook Drive from the 2nd tee.
First Snow (below) was painted from Springbrook Drive looking onto the 2nd Fairway
They are part of a number of works that I started two years ago when I was part of the artist paint out and sale event to raise funds for the Ross Connor Japanese Garden at the entrance to the Poole Creek path.
