The 10 Collective: I am very pleased to be a part of the Third Annual 10 Collective show, April 4th and 5th at the Mississippi Valley Textile Museum in Almonte, ON. The show, featuring new work by 10 exciting veteran artists, has been extremely popular over the last two years, experiencing record crowds each day. This will be their third annual show.
Almonte is a historic mill town that is part of Mississippi Mills, just 30 minutes west of Ottawa. In addition to its charm and friendly people, dramatic waterfalls and rapids, Almonte has many unique stores and destination restaurants plus seasonal festivals and family events throughout the year. Mississippi Mills boasts a strong arts,entertainment & culture community and many beautiful, natural places to explore. The Ten Collective

Lightscapes - Three Artists; Three Impressionistic Visions.
From July 23rd to September 12th, Charlie will be participating in a new exhibition with seasoned artists Mary Dorland (Ottawa) and Ann Rochefort (Montreal) at the spacious Cline House Gallery in Cornwall, ON. There will be opportunities for both Ann and Charlie to each give two-day workshops at the Gallery (OBO Studio), during the show. When the Cline Gallery space was completely renovated two years ago, a large, separate studio room was incorporated, featuring studio lighting and open space for demos and instruction.

The spring trip for Plein Air Ensemble Sunday, April 26 to Thurs, April 30 - CALABOGIE PEAKS RESORT is fully booked - 30 artists, painting the landscape for 4 days with evenings filled with conversation and good times.
The Calabogie area features the popular ski hill and Village, the picturesque Mount St. Patrick, and the Madawaska Valley, all well-known to painters.
A big THANK YOU to Mary Moore and Tom Lillico for making it happen, following in the 30 yr tradition of semi-annual painting trips for artists.
The Manotick Art Association Plein Air Program 2020 commenses Thursday June 4th; running each Thurs. until the end of September. Artists meet at 9:30 every Thursday morning at a designated location within an hour's drive or less from Manotick. For more information please see www.manotickart.ca.
